Mavenir has partnered with AI Cloud provider Neysa to bring together AI orchestration, GPU infrastructure, deployment tools, and usage tracking into a single offering for operators, enterprises, and neocloud providers.
The partnership combines Mavenir’s AI Integrated Platform with Neysa’s AI-native cloud, giving organizations a way to build and deploy AI on infrastructure they control. The combined stack brings model orchestration, agent workflows, security, policy controls, and token-level metering directly on top of Neysa’s GPU-backed cloud environment.
For enterprises, this means they can launch sovereign AI initiatives without having to assemble and manage every layer of the technology stack themselves. For neocloud providers, the offering turns GPU capacity into governed, enterprise-ready AI services that can be packaged and billed without building a separate platform from scratch.

Mobile network operators also get another way to run Mavenir’s AI Integrated Platform. Alongside infrastructure they already own, they can use Neysa’s GPU-backed cloud to host models, run agents, and monetize token consumption.
Mavenir will also use Neysa’s sovereign infrastructure to develop and scale products including AI Service Assurance, AI Security Agents, and AI Voice Services. The company is also applying the same environment to internal initiatives such as AI-assisted software development and intelligent model selection.
The partnership also addresses rising frontier model costs. Mavenir’s token optimizer and model routing tools direct requests toward the most cost-effective model capable of handling each task. In its own deployments, Mavenir says this has reduced frontier model spending without requiring changes to how applications are built.
