Knowledge Lab Inc., provider of “Manageboard”, has developed and launched a new AI agent feature, “Slack Integration,” for its business management platform “Manageboard.”
Manageboard has begun offering a feature that utilizes the characteristics of an AI agent that understands the user’s objectives and selects the optimal course of action. This enables the process of extracting performance data for business management, from analysis to prediction, to be carried out with just simple conversations on Slack.
With the launch of this new feature, there is no longer a need to perform multiple operations such as logging in to the service to create or view reports; instead, performance information can now be easily obtained simply through natural language conversations on Slack.
