Itera Co., Ltd. has launched a suite of features in its LLMO measurement and improvement tool “LLMO Cheki“that visualize the return on investment of AI search engine optimization (AI SEO) in monetary terms. This will allow users to answer the question, “Is AI SEO profitable?” with numbers, while clearly stating that the values are estimates.
While traffic generated via AI continues to increase, many companies lack a way to demonstrate whether they are recouping the costs invested in countermeasures. Even if the person in charge reports improved exposure rates, it doesn’t provide enough information for decision-makers to make investment decisions. As a result, some initiatives are halted after only a few months.

The situation is the same for those providing support. Even if an agency or consulting firm proposes AI search optimization, if they cannot justify the continuation of the solution with a monetary value, they will be asked to explain it every time the contract is renewed.
