Hitachi Solutions Create, Ltd. (Head office: Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Shoichi Minami; hereinafter referred to as “Hitachi Solutions Create”) will begin selling the “AI Plus Generative AI Solution” today, which enables safe and easy use of generative AI in business.
This solution not only provides an environment for generative AI, but also provides a comprehensive range of services, from education, problem sorting and value verification to the development of individual systems for customers, thereby providing strong support for the use of generative AI.
Recently, many companies have been considering using and introducing generative AI, but the reality is that they are hesitant to introduce it or are not able to make full use of it due to reasons such as “I don’t know how to use it in specific business operations,” “There is a lack of know-how in the company to use generative AI,” “I have issues with conducting PoC,” and “I have doubts about the safety and quality of the answers that generative AI gives.”
Hitachi Solutions Create established an environment in which generative AI can be used in business in December 2023, and has been introducing generative AI chatbots in multiple departments since its use in responding to internal inquiries about procurement operations in June 2024. By providing the
“AI Plus Generative AI Solution” that utilizes this knowledge and track record, we will comprehensively support our customers in introducing generative AI.
This solution provides a generative AI environment (generative AI assistant) that can be used immediately with confidence for a variety of customers, such as those who have started considering introducing generative AI, those who have already introduced it but have not been able to make much use of it, or those who are considering specific system development and are looking for support. In addition, we provide optimal solutions to solve our customers’ problems through various support services that can flexibly respond to the situation, from basic education to problem sorting and system development.
Going forward, we will continue to utilize the latest generative AI technology to provide specialized business services that incorporate our own products and services, collaborate with our partners, and accumulate use cases for generative AI. In this way, we will contribute to improving our customers’ corporate value through the use of generative AI, and furthermore, to improving the convenience of users through our customers’ systems.

2. Basic education in generative AI
We provide educational courses on the features and usage of generative AI. In the practical training, you can experience creating and checking texts with generative AI. In addition to learning the basics of generative AI, you can also learn efficient writing techniques using generative AI.
3. Support for sorting out issues
We visualize our customers’ work through interviews and document research, organize work procedures, and confirm know-how. We
use generative AI to identify tasks that can contribute to improving work efficiency and quality, and support our customers in resolving their issues.
4. Support for value verification
We actually use generative AI to help verify whether a solution can solve the customer’s business problems. We design optimal verification processes tailored to the specific needs of our customers and support value verification.
5. Individual system development
If the effectiveness of generative AI is confirmed through value verification, we will build a system optimized for the customer’s business. We will design and develop the system while taking into consideration integration with existing systems, ensuring seamless implementation and operation.
What is AI Plus?
