Kobo Co has launched GEO Signals, this new SaaS platform for teams who kind of want to understand how they look across AI search services like ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews and AI Mode. It released on June 29 and in practice it tracks brand mentions, URL citations, and the way competitors show up inside AI-generated answers.
GEO Signals is made with marketing, SEO, and PR teams in mind, not just to stare at search rankings, because AI search keeps growing and people keep using it more. With the platform, users can check which webpages AI models actually cite, compare outcomes between different AI platforms, and follow visibility changes over time.

Pricing starts at ¥9,800 per month, and there’s also a 14-day free trial, so teams can try it before committing. Overall, it seems to target this increasing need to measure brand presence, since AI is turning into another sort of online discovery layer for information.
