KnowledgeSense Inc. provides ChatSense, a generative AI (generative AI) agent for corporations and local governments that enables the use of generative AI in a highly secure environment. We are pleased to announce that we have begun recruiting partners for a demonstration experiment to promote its use in administrative organizations such as local governments and government agencies. This is the 20th recruitment period following the October 2025 recruitment. We will support local governments in using a service that allows AI to generate presentation materials from simple Japanese instructions in a secure environment under a corporate contract. By participating in the campaign, you will be able to implement and test the “presentation material AI” function even before the budget is allocated.
KnowledgeSense Inc. announces that it will begin recruiting local governments and other government agencies as proof-of-concept partners for “ChatSense,” a chat GPT service for businesses and local governments that the company provides.
Background of the release – Supporting AI verification of presentation materials for government and local governments “before budget allocation”
ChatGPT is an AI chatbot service that can hold natural, human-like conversations. Many corporations are beginning to adopt ChatGPT to improve operational efficiency and service quality. KnowledgeSense’s generative AI service for local governments, “ChatSense,” has also attracted attention for its corporate-oriented strengths, such as a highly secure environment and the ability to additionally learn from internal data, and has been adopted by over 500 companies, including major corporations listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange Prime.

Recently, local governments have been showing increasing interest in AI technology for creating presentation materials. Creating presentation materials is a task that office workers spend a lot of money on on a daily basis. Although many AI-generated presentation material services have appeared in recent years, the reality is that many users are still unable to utilize them at a practical level.
Despite this growing interest, in talking with local government officials, we have come to understand that introducing generative AI and slide AI into government and local government organizations requires more implementation support than is typically offered to corporations.
Thorough security
In order for local governments to utilize generative AI, it is necessary to restrict access by IP address, support SSO authentication, and make prior commitments through SLAs.
Transparency of quotes
When local governments use IT tools such as generation AI, they may need to issue many documents for administrative processing, including unit price estimates and delivery notes.
Free preliminary verification without a budget
The biggest obstacle for local governments to utilize generative AI is the budget. When formulating next year’s budget, they have not yet verified how much local government employees will use generative AI and what applications it will have. We have found that there is a need for advance verification, preferably free of charge.
Our regular plans do not provide support to meet all of these special needs. However, ChatSense will now offer special support to our newly recruited partners. We have decided to recruit partners for demonstration experiments to meet the needs of government and local governments who want to “try it out first” and “see what happens when you use AI for presentation materials.”
