What is Skills, the solution to AI agent operation issues?
Skills is a function that allows you to add specialized work capabilities (business processing procedures and rules) to AI. For example, you can incorporate specialized tasks that have previously been performed by humans into AI, such as creating documents according to a company’s unique document creation rules or organizing data according to specific procedures.
The Skills provided by JAPAN AI modularize the capabilities of AI agents, allowing them to be reused throughout an organization. For example, a process for safely acquiring customer information created by one department can be used as is by AI agents in other departments.
Previously, each person had to write all instructions to the AI agent, and even for the same process, each person would write them differently. By utilizing Skills, which incorporate the same work capabilities, it is possible to maintain the same quality of output results regardless of who uses the AI agent. In addition, once Skills are created, if you modify them, the improvements are reflected in all AI agents that use them, reducing the burden of operational management.
