iRet has launched AI Project Assist as part of its gaipack AI solutions lineup. The tool uses Slack and Google Meet integration to assist project managers who need quick decisions through their daily information overload.
Managers are overwhelmed with chat logs and meeting notes because remote work becomes more common and projects develop more complexity. AI Project Assist flips that. Instead of reading endless threads, users get visual summaries that highlight progress, risks, and key topics. It also autoes generates meeting minutes and FAQ extracts from Google Meet recordings. The goal is simple. Move managers from tracking conversations to spotting issues early.
The system uses existing Slack and Google Workspace APIs, so no new tools are required. A stamp based trigger in Slack can also automate workflows like ticket creation, reducing manual follow ups.
