Hacobu Inc., which solves logistics issues with the power of data, has decided to officially distribute its AI coding agent “Devin,” AI editor “Cursor,” and conversational AI “ChatGPT” to all engineers and product managers (including contract workers) on an unlimited basis from June 1, 2025.
In recent years, with the rapid advances being made in generative AI technology, the arrival of the so-called “singularity” (the turning point at which AI surpasses human intelligence and evolves at an accelerated rate) has become a realistic topic of interest.
In response to these changes in the environment, Hacobu believes that it will be essential for development organizations of the future to redefine new skills and development processes based on AI.

While we have already introduced some development using AI, this time we are going a step further and creating an environment where all engineers and product managers can work on development while collaborating with AI on a daily basis. The deployment of AI will bring about the following changes:
Accelerating the process from planning to implementation and increasing the number of prototypes allows for faster development of better ideas.
By entrusting part of the work to AI, developers can focus on more creative and essential tasks.
The aim of this initiative is not merely to improve development productivity, but to redefine what is considered “the norm for development” through a development process in which AI and people work together to create value.
