ExaWizards Inc. is pleased to announce that Tohoku Electric Power Co., Ltd. will begin selling and supporting the introduction and utilization of the corporate ChatGPT service “exaBase Generation AI,” as well as providing business-specific AI solutions in collaboration with our company. Based on the partnership between the two companies announced in 2024, ExaWizards will utilize the AI services and know-how owned by ExaWizards and the business assets owned by the Tohoku Electric Power Group. We will promote the improvement of business efficiency and the resolution of labor shortages and other issues for corporate customers in the six Tohoku prefectures and Niigata and other areas.
Based on the business partnership announced on August 27, 2024, “ExaWizards and Tohoku Electric Power commence business partnership to create AI services” , ExaWizards and Tohoku Electric Power have been considering services and solutions that utilize AI for corporate customers.
As the first step, we will begin providing the following two corporate AI services by utilizing the generative AI services and solutions provided by the ExaWizards Group and business assets such as Tohoku Electric Power’s data and customer base. We hope to raise the competitiveness of local companies through these activities and contribute to regional revitalization.

Generation AI service
Tohoku Electric Power will provide exaBase Generation AI, a ChatGPT for businesses developed and provided by the ExaWizards Group, as a sales agent. Tohoku Electric Power and ExaWizards will work together to support customers even if they do not have specialized knowledge. We will also support use in specific business operations based on the use cases accumulated by the Tohoku Electric Power Group. In addition, exaBase Generation AI has won the number one market share in Japan, thanks to its internal data linkage functions, enhanced security, and abundant management functions required for businesses.
Business-specific AI solution development
will support the sophistication and efficiency of our customers’ internal business operations through “AI solution development” specialized for specific operations in two fields: on-site operations such as factories and manufacturing, and sales operations such as business negotiations. For example, in on-site operations, we are considering solutions that analyze images of parts on the manufacturing line to detect defects early, and optimize logistics and human flow using camera images. In sales operations, we are considering solutions that use AI to streamline task management for report creation and sales activities. We will also utilize ExaWizards’ AI agent service, which records and analyzes audio during customer meetings.
