This will promote the development of human resources who can adapt to the product development environment in the AI era, and will aim to improve the quality of services and streamline operations.
In recent years, with the rapid development of generative AI technology, ENECHANGE has been actively promoting the use of AI, such as by incorporating GPT-4 in 2023, in the belief that by actively incorporating AI technology into its operations, it will be able to provide better services and promote work style reform for employees. On the other hand, disparities in the use of AI and the personalization of practical knowledge in the field are becoming bottlenecks for corporate growth. ENECHANGE believes that the “ability to use AI” is the source of future competitiveness, and has decided to introduce “Cursor”, “Claude Code” and “Devin” to promote “AI nativeization” in which all employees, including engineers, project managers (PMs), designers, and quality assurance (QA), involved in product development, incorporate AI and large-scale language models into their daily work. In an era in which the use of AI determines a company’s competitiveness, ENECHANGE will work together as a company to further promote the use of AI and aim to provide high-quality services.In conjunction with the introduction of “Cursor”, “Claude Code” and “Devin”, ENECHANGE will hold multiple “LLM Challenge Weeks” to promote the use of AI and large-scale language models (LLMs). During the week, engineers will be prohibited from coding manually as a general rule, and will carry out development work using only AI and large-scale language models. AI will also be actively used in other occupations besides engineering for prototype development, requirements definition, design, and other tasks.

Additionally, we will utilize Slack, a business chat tool used within the company, to share insights, ideas, and challenges in real time, promoting collaboration and learning across job types.
