In the new version, in order to enable more effective use of the results of VOC (Voice of Customer) analysis, we have added a linkage function with the generative AI model “Gemini” and an automatic content generation function using the linkage function.In addition, we have added new functions that will further enhance a company’s VOC analysis and utilization, such as the ability to upload HTML files, PDF files, and text data, the ability to download voice recognition result files in bulk, and the addition of an ON/OFF function for the personal information masking function.
