AORANAU Co., Ltd. has announced the “Agent Growth Platform (hereinafter, AGP)” as a framework to support the use of generative AI and AI agents in companies, and will begin providing implementation support to companies.
AGP is not simply a tool for introducing AI agents. It is a framework for extracting and organizing business contexts scattered throughout an organization, such as meeting records, inquiry histories, business rules, knowledge, and decision histories, and preparing them for safe use by AI agents. While the business use of generative AI is advancing, many companies are facing challenges such as “what should AI refer to?”, “which information should it use?”, “who will update and approve it?”, and “how to maintain response quality.” AORANAU addresses these challenges not by introducing specific AI tools, but by providing support to ensure that AI utilization does not end as a proof-of-concept, but is firmly established in practical business operations through the diagnosis, design, preparation, and operation of the internal corporate context.
The use of generative AI and AI agents such as ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, and ServiceNow Now Assist is rapidly expanding. However, corporate information is scattered across ServiceNow, Box, SharePoint, Slack, Teams, Notion, Backlog, meeting minutes, FAQs, and inquiry histories, making it unsuitable for safe AI utilization. To enhance the effectiveness of AI utilization, not only the performance of the AI model but also the quality of the business context that the AI references and its operational design are crucial.

Furthermore, in corporate AI utilization, it is important not only to consider “what to teach the AI” but also “what not to allow the AI to continue referencing.” If the AI continues to reference outdated business rules, decisions from completed projects, or knowledge whose scope of application has changed, it may lead to incorrect answers or incorrect decision-making support. AGP not only accumulates business context but also manages the freshness of information, accountability, approval status, and application status, and emphasizes operations that structurally suppress the risk of incorrect answers and judgment errors by excluding outdated or inappropriate information from the AI’s references.
