Allied Architects Inc., which designs marketing communications using the power of data and creativity and supports corporate Marketing AX, is pleased to announce that it has officially launched “Sherpa AI,” an AI x BPO solution service that provides support until business processes are thoroughly streamlined, in Japan and throughout Asia.
“Sherpa AI” is a completely new type of BPO service that goes beyond simply introducing tools; it redesigns and optimizes the entire business workflow of client companies based on AI, and provides professionals with the support needed to develop and implement AI applications.
In recent years, while various AI tools, including generative AI, have become more widespread, the issue of full-scale use of AI in corporate work sites has come to light. In many companies, DX and AI implementation is progressing separately on a departmental basis, and the current situation is that it has not led to company-wide optimization or results. In addition, there are many cases where general-purpose SaaS tools and AI products do not fit well into existing work flows, preventing progress in establishing their use in the field.

Furthermore, many people say that the use of AI is biased toward certain employees, and that it has not led to improved work efficiency or productivity for the organization as a whole. Many companies are faced with issues such as “I want to use AI, but I don’t know where to start,” or “I don’t know how to use it effectively, so I’m just sitting around doing nothing.”
In light of this, we will begin offering a new service called “Sherpa AI” based on the concept of “human-led x AI.” “Sherpa AI” is a completely new approach to BPO and AI implementation support services, where AI professionals accompany clients in visualizing and redesigning business processes based on the use of AI. Rather than simply introducing tools, we develop and optimize the necessary AI applications by getting deeply involved in the business, and accompany clients until the business processes are fully improved, thereby realizing the “recreation of time and manpower” for the entire organization.
