Estie Inc., which provides multiple services centered on “estie Market Research,” one of Japan’s largest commercial real estate data analysis platforms, has begun developing a new service to promote the digital transformation (DX) of real estate sales and purchase brokerage operations.
This service aims to speed up transactions by utilizing digital and AI technology to organize complicated information and match transactions in real estate brokerage. In particular, by facilitating the integrated management and linking of data such as property information and customer information, it improves the accuracy of matching between sellers and buyers and provides a mechanism to reduce the burden of work.
As an early adopter, Mitsubishi Jisho Real Estate Services Co., Ltd. will be conducting demonstration experiments on several themes related to real estate brokerage operations.

In the real estate brokerage business, information on the buying and selling of various assets is exchanged, and major real estate brokerage companies handle tens of thousands of pieces of information every year. Information received from property sellers is stored in a database centered on the property, and information on potential buyers is stored in CRM tools, etc.
In order to conclude the optimal real estate transaction for both the seller and the buyer of a property, it is necessary to quickly digitize comprehensive information about the property, including property information obtained from the seller, information on public laws such as the City Planning Act and zoning, and market information compared to competing properties, and make it available as a document. In addition, the optimal real estate transaction can be realized by smoothly identifying and proposing the needs of the buyer that match the property information.
With the recent advancement of digitalization, such as the evolution of CRM tools and the expansion of real estate market data services, the data held is becoming more diverse. As momentum for further data utilization grows, there is an increasing demand for advanced integration and utilization of property data, customer data, and sales negotiation data.
In real estate brokerage, seller and buyer information is spread across various systems, making centralized management and smooth use of data a challenge. In particular, fast and accurate management of property information and related materials received from sellers is essential for appropriate matching and market analysis. However, there are also cases where flexible integration is difficult with existing systems.
To address these challenges, we will utilize the data analysis technology and digital infrastructure provided by estie to create an environment where property data and customer information can be managed and utilized in an integrated manner.
