Money Forward is now offering the Payment Request Application Support Agent in Money Forward Cloud Debt Payment. The AI agent automatically proposes payment request data. Users upload an invoice and the AI reads it. It suggests the data without needing corrections. This cuts down manual work and saves time for accounting teams.
The agent uses AI-OCR and past application history. It reads the invoice date, amount, and payee from the uploaded image. Then it looks at past applications for the same business partner. It can copy over account title and department from similar past applications. The new invoice data is combined with this and suggested to the user ready to submit.

Even with paperless invoices, people still had to type in details and adjust dates and amounts. This agent does that work automatically. It replaces the manual matching and correction employees usually do.
It is currently available to a limited group of users and will expand gradually. Money Forward is looking to have AI take over more of the back-office tasks. The company’s aim is to minimize mistakes, shorten time and divert the attention of workers to other tasks. The process becomes automatic and smooth.
