ITOCHU Techno-Solutions Corporation, or CTC, said it has signed a partnership with ROUTE06 and will start offering their AI requirements definition solution called Acsim. The system helps with almost everything in system development. It can create and analyze business flows, make application screen prototypes, generate basic design documents, approval documents, and other documents. The idea is to improve design quality in the early stages and make decisions faster.
Acsim uses AI to structure and standardize the requirements definition process. Companies can teach it their own knowledge and decision rules. That way the AI can reproduce the way each company defines requirements. It removes dependency on individuals and makes the process more efficient.
The system can generate workflows automatically from diagrams in Excel or from notes taken in interviews with system users. It can structure and analyze the workflow, find bottlenecks, and then the AI suggests ways to improve. It can also generate prototypes of screens and functions quickly. This helps get everyone on the same page early and reduces mistakes from misunderstanding.

Acsim also cuts down the time needed to prepare documents. It can make business flows, use cases, screen lists, function lists, and other basic design documents automatically. It can also calculate numbers like cost savings and efficiency gains. Then it combines them with background information to make approval documents for development investment decisions.
CTC and ROUTE06 said they will keep working together to help companies upgrade their upstream processes and app development. They also plan to expand Acsim to work with more development platforms and other solutions. The goal is to help companies move faster with digital transformation.
