Pro Field Co., Ltd. has announced that its cloud-based electronic medical record service, ACUSIS Cloud, will release a new inflow path analysis feature on December 18, 2025. The new functionality is designed to help aesthetic and cosmetic clinics clearly measure return on advertising spend (ROAS) and cost per acquisition (CPA), areas that have traditionally been difficult to quantify in cosmetic medicine.
As patient acquisition channels diversify across social media ads, influencer campaigns, websites, and promotional landing pages, clinics have struggled to connect reservation data with final treatment contracts and revenue. While clinics could often identify where a booking originated, calculating which channels actually generated profitable treatments required extensive manual work and fragmented data analysis.

The new inflow path analysis feature addresses this gap by seamlessly tracking the full journey from online reservation to in-clinic contract. Clinics can assign unique parameters to each booking URL, automatically link appointment sources with contracted treatments and sales amounts, and view performance in a consolidated dashboard. Results can be analyzed by referral channel across patients, reservations, and revenue.
By making ROAS and CPA visible at a glance, ACUSIS Cloud enables clinics to identify high-performing marketing channels, optimize advertising budgets, and shift from intuition-based decisions to faster, data-driven management.
