tmwi Strengthens Client Offering With Trio Of Key New Hires

tmwi, an award-winning marketing agency, has announced a series of new hires as it looks to expand its team of experts in response to a recent period of growth. They are doubling down on new and current business expansion, with a drive to focus on use of data, creative execution and a digital first approach.

Joining tmwi is Matt Baxter who has come on board as Web Development and Creative
Manager. Baxter, who brings a wealth of knowledge and experience from both brand and
agency side, will help drive and bolster the agency’s integrated creative digital offerings. As
well as roles at McCann Erickson and IBM, Baxter has worked extensively as a consultant in
front-end web development for creative and digital agency clients across the B2C and B2B
space, using data analysis to help improve CX and boost CRO.

Bolstering its vision for effective innovation in ‘brandatatech’, tmwi welcomes Ammar
Wahid into the role of Data Analyst. Wahid will be tasked with modelling complex data
problems through the use of R; discovering insights, identifying opportunities and
optimising using statistical, algorithmic and data mining techniques. These will be
integrated with machine learning and AI to build the most effective marketing models.
Wahid, who has a PhD in Tissue Engineering and Regenerative Medicine, was formerly a
Data Scientist for Ofqual and prior to that was a Research Data Management Specialist at
Aston University.

Finally, expanding the client success team. Maria Keene joins tmwi as Account Manager and
will be responsible for streamlining account processes and ensuring seamless
communications with clients; including delivering agreed kpis that define success. Keene
joins from her role as Senior Account Manager at Modern Media, the digital marketing
agency for the technology sector. Chris Phillips, Managing Director of tmwi, said: “We are disrupting and transforming client marketing to deliver success. Clients look to us for our expert guidance into the latest

tmwi has enjoyed significant success in recent months including a double award win for its
work with Nestlé Purina at the Drum Search Awards 2020 following the acquisition of data
tech business Adaptive Solutions at the end of last year.
