Sony Network Communications Inc. will begin offering a marketing data analysis support service using its AI predictive analysis tool, “Prediction One.”
This service works in conjunction with “SHANON MARKETING PLATFORM” (hereinafter “SMP”), an integrated marketing cloud service provided by Shannon Inc., and allows “Prediction One” data scientists to analyze marketing-related information such as web access logs and campaign registration history accumulated on “SMP” and provide reports.
By analyzing and visualizing the impact of digital marketing, companies can use this information to help solve problems in their marketing activities.

Overview of new service
Through collaboration between Prediction One and SMP, two services will be provided: “AI analysis/AI compatibility diagnostic service” and “AI implementation support service.”
Based on the marketing data of user companies accumulated within “SHANON MARKETING PLATFORM,” dedicated data scientists at “Prediction One” will grasp and visualize basic trends in the data, build an AI prediction model using the data, and use that model to analyze past measures. Furthermore, based on the results of the analysis, they will evaluate the compatibility of existing marketing measures and accumulated data with AI to see if they can be used.
This allows companies using this service to effortlessly identify the most impactful marketing measures they have implemented in the past and obtain hints for improving their operations in the future. At the same time, they can easily conduct proof-of-concept experiments to see whether introducing AI will have an effect.
