Softbrain Corp. will begin offering an app on the app store “esm linkage” that enables integration of the company’s CRM/SFA product “eSales Manager” with the business communication tool “LINE WORKS.”
LINE WORKS is a communication tool for companies/businesses provided by LINE WORKS Corporation, which has the ease of use of LINE while providing the management functions and security required for corporate use. It is used by many BtoC companies not only as a communication tool within a company but also between companies and general consumers.
This time, SoftBrain has achieved integration between ESM (e-Sales Manager) and LINE WORKS through “Circle”, developed by SoftBrain Technologies Corporation.

By linking LINE WORKS, which excels at disseminating information to general consumers, and e-Sales Manager, which excels at customer management, it becomes possible to send LINE messages to customers registered in e-Sales Manager. This link will strongly promote companies’ BtoC marketing/communication and further strengthen customer contact points.
Currently, many B2C companies are introducing consumer-oriented communication tools and customer management/sales support (CRM/SFA) tools. However, in most cases, the communication tools used to interact with customers and the tools used to manage customers internally use completely different software. This makes it difficult to centrally manage messages and other information linked to customers, resulting in the issue of customer information being fragmented.
