Prorium Co., Ltd. has got into a sort of capital-and-business alliance with MOSH Co., Ltd. at the same time, while also reaching for funding from a handful of investors, and among them Kunihisa Miyamoto. The company says this partnership should help push its growth along faster, especially across online education, AI- powered help for customer acquisition, creator training, and those broader global wellness efforts.
Prorium operates across therapy, massage, beauty, wellness, social media education, and creator-focused online schools. The company has been building services aimed at helping professionals not just improve their skills, but also market themselves better online and grow sustainable businesses around their expertise.
A big part of the strategy revolves around its personal AI consultant platform called ‘Shimei.AI.’ The tool is designed to support professionals, salons, freelancers, and individual business owners with things like social media communication, SEO articles, short video planning, branding, customer acquisition, and business improvement support.

The company argues that while AI will automate many tasks, areas built around human interaction, trust, empathy, and personal experience will become even more valuable. At the same time a lot of skilled professionals still find themselves stumbling around with online visibility, sort of branding things, and sort of consistent customer acquisition too, which is honestly frustrating.
Prorium says the new funding and alliance with MOSH will help strengthen six major areas. That includes expanding online schools, improving AI-based customer support tools, growing creator and social media education, scaling the Massage Championship World Tour, and developing joint products and content with MOSH.
MOSH itself operates an online platform that helps individuals and small teams sell and manage services online. By combining MOSH’s platform infrastructure with Prorium’s education and community network, both companies want to create a larger ecosystem where professionals can learn, build audiences, launch services, and monetize their expertise digitally.
The company also confirmed plans to expand hiring across AI product development, social media marketing, customer success, creator management, and global event operations as it scales the business further.
