Kyoto-based Lamp has secured an additional ¥350 million in debt financing from Mizuho Bank and Japan Finance Corporation, taking its total Series A funding to ¥1.05 billion.
The company plans to expand two products. TakeEats, its takeout reservation and management platform already used by more than 3,500 food and sweets businesses, and Ritel, an AI platform launched in July 2026 for restaurants and retailers.
Ritel kind of pulls together scattered customer data from apps, POS systems, ecommerce platforms, reservations, and takeout channels, so that analysis can happen, promotions can be run, and customer acquisition is supported in general.
