Cheetah Digital Inc., a company that provides marketing technology, has begun providing its MA tool “Marigold Engage+” to Orbis Inc., the operator of the beauty brand “ORBIS.”
Background | Renewal of MA tools to reduce operational burden and improve measures
Previously, ORBIS used different tools for segment extraction, content creation, and distribution management, and the operational burden caused by complex data structures and dependency on individual staff was an issue. Cheetah Digital’s Marigold Engage+ was adopted to reduce the operational burden and to realize one-to-one measures that improve customer resolution by utilizing zero-party data such as behavioral data and customer skin concerns in addition to RFM data. The intuitive operability provided by the GUI, the flexible functionality that allows content to be distributed according to distribution segment, and the accompanying support system were the deciding factors for the introduction.

Utilization | Improving operational efficiency through policy transition and self-driving
By implementing Marigold Engage+, Cheetah Digital assisted in the integration of multiple tools and the reconstruction of the data model. ORBIS has begun self-operating MA measures. Since the transition, there has been an increase in the implementation of new measures that utilize behavioral data, such as cart abandonment follow-up and retargeting of product viewing users.
