In Japan, which aims to become an asset management nation, a major shift from savings to asset formation is emerging, with the launch of the New NISA. As the investor base continues to expand, it is expected that inquiries from customers will also increase significantly. In order to fully respond to customer feedback, it is necessary to improve the convenience of the services provided by Daiwa Securities Co., Ltd. through financial services that use digital technologies such as generative AI.
For the past five years, Daiwa Securities Co., Ltd. has offered an AI chat service on its website to answer frequently asked questions, mainly about opening an account, various procedures, and the NISA system. The company will now begin offering a new chat service with the following functions:
1. We will flexibly understand the intent of various questions from customers and provide appropriate answers. We can also provide information that spans multiple pages in one place, making it easier for customers to find the information they are looking for.
2. By using diagrams and tables in our responses, we are able to provide answers to customers in a more visual and easy-to-understand manner.
