MediaLink Inc., the provider of “AIto,” an AI agent that automates customer support, is pleased to announce that it has added a “manned transfer feature” to “AIto” voice bot.
“AIto” is an AI agent that automates customer support. It integrates MediaLink’s generative AI services (chatbots, FAQ search systems, email bots, voice bots) and provides customer support across all support channels, centered on a commonly managed knowledge database function.
The newly added “manned transfer function” is a new function of the AI voice bot “AItoVoice.” If AItoVoice determines that a human operator is required during the automatic response, the call can be smoothly transferred to a human counter.

Previously, if AItoVoice was unable to respond to a caller’s inquiry, a specified message would be played.
With the addition of this new function, the call can now be handed over to a live operator. If the AI determines that the call is difficult to handle, it will automatically transfer the call to a pre-specified phone number, ensuring seamless cooperation.
“AItoVoice” is an AI voicebot service that combines LLM (large-scale language model), STT (speech recognition), and TTS (speech synthesis) technologies. In response to inquiries by phone, the AI returns the optimal answer based on the company’s knowledge data. Callers can have “natural conversations” with the AI.
