UPWARD Inc. is pleased to announce that it has signed a sales partnership agreement with TerraSky (Thailand) Co., Ltd., a company that supports the digital transformation of companies operating in APAC. Under this agreement, TerraSky (Thailand) will begin sales and implementation support for the field sales AI agent “UPWARD” in Thailand.
Background and significance of the sales partner agreement
While smartphones and other mobile devices are widely used in Thailand, laptop-based work styles are uncommon. Even for field sales and other visits, smartphone-based work is the norm. As a result, field sales staff often face challenges, such as “sales activity records and customer contact records remain on individual mobile devices, making it difficult to grasp the actual status of their work,” and “activity reports are scattered across social media and chat, making organization difficult.” CRM implementation is not uncommon, leading to many cases where CRM systems are not implemented. In addition, with a declining population due to traffic congestion and a declining birthrate and aging population, there is a need for systems that can efficiently achieve results and quickly share information even with limited staff.

In response tothese challenges, UPWARD, which provides an AI agent that can automatically record activities from smartphones to CRM, and TerraSky (Thailand), with a proven track record in supporting Salesforce implementation and utilization, have partnered to enter into this agreement to promote digital transformation of field operations in the Thai market.
