Softbrain Co., Ltd. will enhance the functionality of its new cloud-based CRM “esm (eSales Manager)”, which was pre-sold to small and medium-sized enterprises in September 2024, for enterprise and mid-sized companies and will begin offering it from Wednesday, February 19, 2025.
The business environment surrounding companies is changing rapidly. The business environment is changing daily due to uncertainty in the real economy, the emergence of various technologies, the diversification of customer needs, the occurrence of natural disasters, and more. In this business environment, in order for companies to achieve sustainable growth, it is essential to promote “speedy strategy planning, implementation, and decision-making based on various customer contact information” more than ever before.
To address this issue, Softbrain launched a new CRM called “esm (e-Sales Manager)” for small and medium-sized businesses in September 2024. “esm” has the following features:
Unified management of customer contact points and enhanced engagement
“ESM” makes it possible to seamlessly share and manage all customer contact information and interactions, ranging from potential customers to customers currently being proposed to to existing customers. As a result, by implementing effective measures at the right time based on accumulated customer data, relationships with customers can be strengthened.
Improve operational efficiency and utilize AI
In developing “esm”, we researched and studied customer requests and market needs, and significantly improved the UX (user experience) with intuitive operation and sophisticated design. We also used AI to provide input support and suggestion functions for esm. This will significantly reduce the administrative work of staff.
Composable architecture with flexible scalability
In order to respond to the rapidly changing business environment, “ESM” adopts a composable architecture. This allows users to select and combine the functions they need according to their industry and business model. As a result, there is no need to redevelop the system, which can significantly reduce costs and time.
