Nudge and Digital Garage Group’s DG Business Technology have partnered to launch Fandom EC Platform, a new e-commerce platform built for entertainment companies. The service, available from August 4, 2026, expands Nudge’s in-app merchandise sales feature into a web-based platform, making it accessible to all fans instead of only Nudge Card users.
The platform helps entertainment companies set up online stores and payment systems while lowering the day to day operational load that usually comes with merchandise sales. Fans are able to buy physical goods and digital content all through one place, so businesses can reach a broader audience and get another revenue stream, not just the usual stuff.
One of the key features is live event merchandise sales support. Fans can pre-order and pay for limited edition products before concerts, or other happenings, and then pick them up at the venue later, after identity checks. This method is meant to reduce those long queues, make congestion easier to manage, and help avoid missed sales when events get really busy.

Nudge and DG Business Technology also plan to introduce a crowdfunding feature that will allow fans to directly support new projects. The idea is to give entertainment companies another way to turn fan engagement into long-term participation rather than limiting interactions to merchandise purchases.
The companies expect the platform to be adopted across music, professional sports, anime, and character businesses. Future updates will focus on linking payment and purchase data to strengthen customer engagement, while adding ticketing capabilities and new tools that let fans take part in project development.
