Goals Co., Ltd. and Toshiba Tec Corporation have started working together to connect their systems, bringing the HANZO series into direct integration with Toshiba Tec’s FScompassNS POS platform.
At its core, this move is about fixing a gap restaurants deal with daily. Data exists, but it sits in different places. Sales data stays in POS systems, while planning and decision-making often happen separately. HANZO depends heavily on detailed sales inputs like revenue, customer count, and item-level sales. Without that connection, automation hits a limit.
With this integration, restaurants using Toshiba Tec systems can now feed that data directly into HANZO without manual effort. Once connected, the system handles sales forecasting, ingredient ordering, cost tracking, and staffing calculations in a more continuous flow. The idea is simple. Let data move freely so operations do not have to rely on guesswork.

Toshiba Tec’s FScompassNS remains the operational base on the ground. It is built for fast billing and order handling, designed for environments where speed matters. On top of that, HANZO adds a layer focused on planning and optimization.
The HANZO suite covers multiple areas. The Automatic ordering system uses AI technology to predict demand by analyzing weather patterns and current sales patterns which it uses to determine the optimal amount of ingredients needed for purchase. The solution eliminates two major inventory problems which companies frequently face because it stops stockouts while preventing excess inventory creation.
Staff members can use the assist function to check predicted consumption together with delivery schedules before they place orders which helps them make better decisions than just relying on their existing knowledge.
The cost analysis process at HANZO uses ingredient consumption data to compare projected usage based on sales with actual ingredient consumption. The system helps organizations identify operational deficiencies which they can then rectify through improvements.
Staffing is another piece of the system. Using forecasts up to 45 days ahead, the platform estimates customer traffic by time slot and suggests staffing levels and working hours. The system enables businesses to develop work schedules that better match actual customer demand instead of relying on unverified predictions.
The system requires existing systems to be linked together instead of implementing additional software solutions. The sales data drives the planning process which then generates the operational activities that continue to operate without needing manual work.
