In recent years, there is a growing recognition that building long-term relationships with customers and providing excellent customer experiences leads to a company’s competitive edge. The market for CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tools is expanding rapidly, and in Japan, one survey predicts that the domestic CRM application market size in 2023 will be 249,786 million yen, an increase of 13.4% from the previous year, and many companies are working to collect, analyze, and utilize customer information. However, implementation and operation costs, as well as the increased burden on staff due to information input, have been cited as issues.
Furthermore, with traditional telephone answering operations, few companies automatically stored the content of telephone conversations, and it was difficult to quickly grasp customer information, which meant that it was difficult to improve customer satisfaction or use the information in marketing strategies.
