Pasona analyzes the business processes of its client companies and organizations and helps them achieve productivity improvements through BPO (Business Process Outsourcing), in which it undertakes the work.
Circrace provides digital solutions that help customers achieve digital transformation and customer success by utilizing its own SaaS products and major cloud solutions such as Salesforce.

The new service “AIO” combines AI agents with the BPO support for office work efficiency that Pasona Group previously provided, promoting digital transformation while keeping initial investments low, and achieving further improvements in productivity and added value of services.
When Pasona is commissioned by a company to provide BPO services for “responding to customer inquiries,” it analyzes the business operations and redesigns the optimal workflow in line with the business plan, and also introduces an AI agent. By having the AI provide appropriate responses based on the content of the inquiry, it is possible to respond even during times such as late nights and early mornings when it was previously difficult to respond manually, leading to improved service satisfaction.
In addition, by having operators use AI agents as an assistance tool for answering questions, they can achieve faster responses while maintaining the same quality of service, thereby improving the productivity of each individual.
