moovy Inc., a company that provides recruitment video production and distribution services, has entered into a business partnership with TalentX Inc., which provides the recruitment DX platform “My Series,” and has begun offering the joint service “MyBrand movie collaboration by moovy.”
Through this partnership, TalentX will combine article content from its recruitment branding service “MyBrand” with moovy’s video solutions to deliver the “real world of companies and employees” to the highly information-sensitive and highly competitive Generation Z.
This service combines article content from “MyBrand” with video solutions from “moovy+” to provide consistent support from gaining awareness to turning people into fans. Furthermore, by linking with TalentX’s recruitment DX platform “My Series,” it accumulates information on candidates who have become interested in a company as a result of watching videos, leading to the creation of a talent pool and the activation of referral recruitment.

By combining articles and videos, we not only deepen understanding of recruitment information, but also draw greater empathy from candidates and realize a new form of recruitment branding.
In recent years, the trend of understanding corporate transparency and culture through short vertical videos has been growing, especially among Generation Z. moovy was one of the first to grasp this trend, and has pioneered the field of recruitment x short vertical videos, with the slogan “Update recruitment with video.”
Additionally, in corporate recruitment activities, there is an increasing need to connect with candidates and strengthen the brand. In this environment, TalentX has been shifting recruitment activities to a marketing mindset through its “My Series” (MyRefer/MyTalent/MyBrand) and promoting the systemization of this mindset.
Through this partnership, we aim to promote new recruitment branding that combines videos and articles, and establish a next-generation recruitment model for Japanese companies.
