FreakOut Inc. is pleased to announce that it has officially launched “alpaka,” a new advertising delivery product aimed at improving the targeting accuracy of TikTok ads.
Alpaka uses AI to analyze search, viewing, and engagement behavior on TikTok, and visualizes the “neighborhood” that a user belongs to. It is a solution for advertisers that greatly improves the accuracy and results of ad delivery by targeting a group of users (= tribe) who have recently engaged with posts with a specific hashtag.
By approaching users based on context and enthusiasm that could not be captured by traditional “interest”-based targeting, we create a more natural and meaningful connection between advertisers and users.

As vertical short videos become mainstream, TikTok ads have become an important touchpoint for companies to gain awareness and promote purchases. However, many advertisers face the following challenges:
