SmartHR has introduced passkey-based login across its HR and labor management platform starting December 9. With this modification, passwords are no longer necessary at all. Workers are allowed to access their accounts through biometric authentication that has already been configured on their gadgets, for example, fingerprint or facial recognition. This solves a problem most companies quietly suffer from. Passwords get reused. They get phished. People forget them at the worst possible time.
