NeedswellとHmcomm、AIソリューション開発で提携

株式会社ニーズウェルは、本日開催の取締役会において、両社のAI技術を集約し、AIソリューション分野における優位性を確保するため、株式会社Hmcommと業務提携することを決議いたしましたので、お知らせいたします。本日、両社は業務提携契約を締結いたしました。

コマンド is a specialist in “sound x AI” that provides cutting-edge services based on the pillars of “voice recognition” and “abnormal sound detection.”

音声認識事業では、言語と人工知能の融合を追求し、コンタクトセンター分野を中心に、より自然で効率的なコミュニケーションを実現する課題解決ソリューションを提供しています。異常音検知事業では、機械の稼働中に発生する音を解析し、故障などの未然防止や稼働率の向上を図るもので、さまざまな産業分野で活躍しています。

また、音に関する自然言語処理の分野でも、生成AIの活用に積極的に取り組んでいます。

その一方で ニードウェル当社は、独立系システムインテグレーターとして、金融システム開発を中心に幅広い業種のソフトウェア開発に携わり、AIやRPAなどの技術を活用した独自機能を付加しながら、企業のみならず公共分野においてもDX推進を支援する様々なITソリューションを提供してまいりました。近年では、長崎大学と共同でジェネレーティブAIを活用したソリューションの開発・設計に取り組むなど、IT文化の変革にも挑戦しています。
