FPT Japan Holdings Co., Ltd. and Toho Gas Information Systems Co., Ltd. are pleased to announce that on Friday, May 9, 2025, they have agreed to jointly promote SAP business centered on SAP’s public cloud ERP solution, “SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition.”
In 2023, TOGIS and FPT established an Offshore Development Center (ODC) in Da Nang, Vietnam, with the aim of securing stable IT human resources in the energy and utility sector and creating innovation through digital technology. Since then, as business development partners, the two companies have been discussing various co-creation models. As a result, they have agreed to jointly promote TOGIS’s external sales business.
TOGIS provides services such as consulting, system development, and information infrastructure development (data center business) for Toho Gas‘s business and customers. While aiming to accelerate its external sales business as a future policy, TOGIS also faced resource challenges.

FPT plans to increase its SAP engineers to 50 people over the next two years. In light of this, the two companies have agreed to strengthen cooperation in external sales business and jointly promote services centered on SAP’s public cloud ERP solution “SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition” for customers nationwide.
In this initiative, FPT Consulting Japan Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of エフピーティー that handles the consulting field, will play a central role in supporting the establishment of sales and delivery structures.
