FLOW Digital Infrastructure, a subsidiary of PAG that develops and operates data centers and digital infrastructure facilities in the Asia-Pacific region, announced on the 29th that it has begun construction of a new data center campus in central Tokyo.
The new data center will consist of two buildings, “TK7” and “TK8,” with a total IT load capacity of 30MW. TK7, with an expected IT load of 6MW, will be the first building and is scheduled to begin operations in the first quarter of 2027. Strategically located in central Tokyo, close to existing data center clusters such as Otemachi and Toyosu, FLOW’s new campus will be one of the largest colocation data center facilities supporting the Tokyo metropolitan area’s digital ecosystem. The company says it will provide customers with flexible, scalable, and cutting-edge solutions to address Japan’s accelerating digital economy and the growing adoption of AI.

We look forward to serving hyperscalers and enterprises who need capacity in the Tokyo metropolitan area, and providing solutions that address the supply constraints and complex demands that have long existed in the market.”
