Digital Dynamic Inc. has entered into a strategic partnership with Morgenrot Inc. Digital Dynamic will provide advanced NVIDIA GPU servers for Morgenrot’s MORGENROT® Cloud Bouquet. This collaboration starts in May 2025. The servers will be managed and operated in-house.
The quick rise of generative AI has led to a big boost in demand for powerful GPUs. Yet, high costs and pressure on data center systems for GPU stability make in-house GPU deployment less practical. This is especially true for startups and small to mid-sized businesses.
Low-cost GPU cloud services and bare metal servers are now easier to find. However, using them well usually needs advanced skills. This includes knowledge in GPU virtualization, job scheduling, and resource management. Many companies face challenges in securing the necessary expertise. GPU instance pricing from big cloud providers like AWS can be high. There are also extra charges for data transfers and storage. These costs can really add up and increase the total price.

In response to these challenges, Digital Dynamic has secured one of Japan’s most seismically resilient and secure data center facilities to ensure stable operation of high-density GPU servers. Through integration with Morgenrot’s MORGENROT® Cloud Bouquet platform, even organizations lacking in specialized knowledge or operational staff can access GPU resources in an easy, efficient, and scalable manner.
To further optimize GPU asset management and establish a sustainable GPU resource supply chain, Digital Dynamic has also adopted Morgenrot ’s virtualization orchestration platform, MORGENROT® TailorNode. This system facilitates the efficient management of GPU assets owned by companies and investors, reinforcing the infrastructure necessary to support widespread AI development and deployment.
By bridging the gap between cost and operational complexity, the GPU computing resources provided by Digital Dynamic offer a compelling third alternative to the market—addressing the limitations of both low-cost, high-maintenance GPU services and expensive, conventional cloud solutions. This partnership aims to empower businesses of all sizes in their pursuit of AI-driven innovation.
