Shirushi Co., Ltd. is pleased to announce that it has entered into a business alliance agreement with Unify Japan Co., Ltd. as of July 7, 2026.
Through this partnership, we will combine our expertise in semiconductor manufacturing, cryptocurrency mining, and data center operations with Unify Japan’s global platform business and “edge AI” technology, which enables high-speed processing on terminals without using the cloud. Together, we will plan and develop new products and services, and expand our business outside of Japan.
As the first step in this initiative, starting in August 2026, we will add the Unify Platform Token “UPT,” issued by Unify Platform AG, to the mining rewards for our ultra-low-power mining machine “Web3 Maker®,” which we develop and provide.

As a semiconductor manufacturer developing products utilizing blockchain technology and IoT, we offer our own products, including the ultra-low-power mining machine “Web3 Maker®”.
Furthermore, we have established our own data centers in Toyama Prefecture and Tokyo, where we handle everything from the development to the maintenance of mining machines in a seamless manner.
Unify Japan, as the Japanese subsidiary of Unify Platform AG, is involved in the operation of “UNIPLAT,” a platform that connects researchers and entrepreneurs with companies and investors, focusing on the SDGs. In addition, it is developing services and solutions that utilize technologies such as AI and blockchain.
In May 2026, we will enter into a strategic partnership with 2V Systems, a next-generation semiconductor company in Singapore, and work on edge AI technology utilizing the open architecture “RISC-V,” which is not dependent on any particular company. Our aim is to revitalize Japan’s semiconductor and AI industry as a whole and to form a consortium (domestic alliance).
