セラクがソフトバンクの「AGENTIC STAR」パートナーアライアンスに参加した

Seraku Co., Ltd. has joined SoftBank’s AGENTIC STAR Integration Partner Alliance to help businesses introduce and use its enterprise AI platform. The alliance leverages Seraku’s expertise in IT infrastructure, cloud services, and AI, along with Soft Bank’s platform, to help companies as they implement AI.

As AI agents become more popular, companies still experience many barriers to entry such as lack of expertise, choosing the right use cases, and integrating with existing systems while establishing how they should be operated. Seraku intends to fill these gaps with a variety of implementation and support services.

In collaboration with the company, organizations will be able to evaluate business processes and identify use cases for AI, and develop and launch solutions with AGENTIC STAR. Its services will also cover integration with existing IT environments, ongoing maintenance and continuous improvement.

An integral element of the process has been the Seraku Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) model, where Seraku engineers partner with client teams to gain visibility into their operations and assist in integrating AI into their daily business activities. The goal has been to move AI past implementation and make it functional in business.

Together, the partnership will enable Seraku to scale as an AI provider and to assist companies in setting up resilient and sustainable AI operations.
