In response to this serious social issue, we have been working to solve on-site issues by using AI to automate and streamline telephone answering. Our system has been adopted in over 97 industries across 47 prefectures, from clinic reservations and restaurant reservations, to first-line phone reception and contact centers for major companies, and is experiencing rapid growth at a pace that exceeds T2D3.
