サイボウズ, Inc. will officially release “kintone AI,” the AI function for “kintone,” in June 2026. All AI functions, including “Search AI” and “App Creation AI,” which were previously available as beta versions in “kintone AI Lab,” will now be officially available.
Background to the official release of “kintone AI”
“kintone AI Lab,” which was launched as a beta version in April 2025, has been used and evaluated by many customers for approximately one year. We have received feedback that using AI to search across internal systems, manuals, and past inquiry history stored in kintone leads to reduced search time and more effective use of internal knowledge. We have also received praise for the ability to summarize and analyze daily reports, sales negotiation histories, and activity records with AI, which streamlines report creation and provides new insights based on data.
In recent years, interest in AI utilization has been rapidly increasing throughout society, and we anticipate that customer needs to “use AI to streamline operations” will continue to grow.

Against this backdrop, we are now officially launching our service to ensure that more customers can use it with confidence.
kintone will further accelerate our customers’ digital transformation by evolving as an “AI-integrated business improvement platform.” Going forward, we will focus on four themes: “AI and team data utilization,” “agentization of business processes,” “balancing citizen development and governance,” and “expanding the ecosystem,” and will continue to develop new AI functions so that many customers can experience its value.
