We are pleased to announce that we have raised a total of US$6.2 million in funding from SoftBank Corp. as the lead investor, along with Basis Co., Ltd. and Sankyu-SBI Innovation Fund No. 1 Investment Limited Partnership.
The funds raised will be used to strengthen our development system, expand product features, and grow our sales organization to accelerate the social implementation phase of BizStack. We will also widely deploy the AI-human collaborative field support system, which we have been developing at the PoC level, to actual business sites, contributing to the resolution of a wider range of on-site challenges.
Main collaborations with investing companies
Capital and business alliance with SoftBank
We will strengthen our proposals for “BizStack,” primarily in the construction and infrastructure industries, and by combining SoftBank’s generative AI (artificial intelligence), communication infrastructure, and corporate customer base with MODE’s data integration technology, we will accelerate the social implementation and establishment of data utilization in the field.
Business partnership with Basis
By having Basis act as a solution partner for on-site installation, configuration, and maintenance of IoT devices, we will establish a system that provides consistent support from implementation to operation.
Collaboration with Sankyu begins
We will begin collaborating with Sankyu, which has many sites including manufacturing and logistics, to implement new, on-site-driven solutions in society.
