リコージャパン and Science Arts have launched Buddycom for RICOH, a new service that converts on-site voice communication into AI-ready business data to improve productivity and support digital transformation. Built on the Buddycom communication platform, the service is made for frontline industries like retail, logistics, manufacturing, and healthcare, where hands-free conversation really matters in day to day operations.
The platform connects バディコム with the AI application development platform Dify, so businesses can automate certain routines that used to be done manually, one by one, without much thought. One key feature is a voice-based AI chatbot that answers employee questions using internal manuals and operational knowledge without interrupting work. Another automatically generates work reports by converting voice conversations into structured text and extracting key operational details.
By turning routine conversations into searchable business knowledge, the service aims to reduce reporting effort, improve information sharing, and standardize work quality across teams. The companies are also planning on expanding the integrations with external services, and add new capabilities bit by bit over time.
