ExaWizards Inc. is pleased to announce that Tohoku Electric Power Co., Ltd. will begin selling and supporting the introduction and utilization of the corporate ChatGPT service “exaBase Generation AI,” as well as providing business-specific AI solutions in collaboration with our company. Based on the partnership between the two companies announced in 2024, ExaWizards will utilize the AI ​​services and know-how owned by ExaWizards and the business assets owned by the Tohoku Electric Power Group. We will promote the improvement of business efficiency and the resolution of labor shortages and other issues for corporate customers in the six Tohoku prefectures and Niigata and other areas.

will support the sophistication 　and efficiency of our customers’ internal business operations through “AI solution development” specialized for specific operations in two fields: on-site operations such as factories and manufacturing, and sales operations such as business negotiations. For example, in on-site operations, we are considering solutions that analyze images of parts on the manufacturing line to detect defects early, and optimize logistics and human flow using camera images.  In sales operations, we are considering solutions that use AI to streamline task management for report creation and sales activities. We will also utilize ExaWizards’ AI agent service, which records and analyzes audio during customer meetings.
