A new AI chatbot platform called AIComms has entered the B2B lead generation market, with a different approach to visitor engagement. Instead of leaning on predefined conversation trees, button clicks, and form submissions, the system uses generative AI to keep things going in open ended conversations, and gather lead data during the interaction as it happens.
This launch also seems to mirror a broader shift away from rigid rule based chatbots that often stumble when buyers bring up unexpected questions, or when they simply abandon those longer forms. AIComms also scores leads based on buying intent and alerts sales teams when prospects show stronger interest.
