NineOut Inc. has launched a new feature called Knowledge. The goal is simple. Let companies actually use their internal data with AI without getting stuck in complicated system integrations.
Most organizations today sit on huge piles of data. But using that data inside business workflows usually means API integrations, security approvals, and long development cycles. That is where projects slow down or quietly die.
NineOut is trying to cut through that friction.

With Knowledge, companies can upload data in simple CSV format and immediately make it usable inside AI-powered interfaces. Once the data is uploaded, the system can combine it with AI to support everyday business use cases across customer support, sales operations, and product information access.
One example is customer inquiries. Companies can upload help center questions and answers so AI can respond to users before they even submit a support request. Another example is sales routing. The system utilizes regional sales data to automatically match customers with their designated sales representatives.
The feature enables product lookups through both QR code scans and image recognition, which proves beneficial for locations such as supermarkets and restaurants.
The broader play is clear. AI tools are only useful when they connect to real business data. Knowledge is ナインアウト’s attempt to make that connection easier and faster.
