丸紅情報システムズ株式会社, Ltd., a member of the Digital Solutions Segment of the Marubeni I-DIGIO Group, has added “kintone API Query Creator,” an application that enables easy and accurate creation of API queries using a GUI, to “WinActor for kintone,” a collaboration plug-in between the RPA tool “WinActor®” and the cloud service “kintone” provided by Cybozu Inc., and will begin offering it in December 2025.
kintoneは、コーディング不要で業務アプリの作成やカスタマイズを可能にし、チームコラボレーションやデータ管理を効率化するクラウドサービスです。しかし、APIを利用したカスタムクエリは、フィールドタイプごとの演算子の違いや、文字列のクォートやエスケープ、日時のUTC表記など、学習コストが高いという課題があります。WinActor for kintoneにも、カスタムクエリを活用して柔軟な自動化を実現する機能がありますが、やはりユーザー自身がクエリを記述する必要がありました。
kintone API Query Creatorは、クエリ作成の課題を解決し、ミスのないクエリを簡単に作成・検証できるWindowsデスクトップアプリケーションです。RPAのシナリオ設計や検証、kintone API連携開発の効率化を実現します。

WinActor for kintoneとkintone API Query Creatorを組み合わせることで、APIやプログラミングの知識がなくても、WinActorのプロパティ画面とkintone API Query Creatorの直感的な操作だけで高度な自動化を実現できます。これにより、従来のシステム開発よりも低コストで現場の作業効率が向上し、長期にわたっても高い安定性を実現します。
