Goodcross Co., Ltd. has officially launched an AI chatbot service designed to answer customer questions before they submit an inquiry, targeting one of the biggest issues in online sales and support funnels which is user drop-off caused by confusion or lack of information.
The chatbot operates 24/7 and handles questions about pricing and service comparisons and onboarding steps and product suitability. The company states that businesses can deploy the system by sharing their existing materials which include PDFs and manuals and FAQs and website URLs instead of building a support flow from scratch.
Goodcross had already been testing the service with existing clients through its contact center business ‘beecall’ before the public rollout. Early use cases included rental car support, driving school inquiries, tourism associations, and industrial equipment businesses.

The launch reflects a wider shift happening across customer support. Companies are now using lightweight AI systems not just for post-sales service, but also to capture hesitant buyers before they leave a website or abandon an inquiry process altogether. Goodcross is also waiving its standard installation fee until the end of June 2026 as part of the launch campaign.
